Efektifitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dalam Pembangunan Desa di Desa Rantau Panjang Kiri Hilir Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of managing village fund allocation in Rantau Panjang Kiri Hilir Village, Kubu Babussalam District. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The research was carried out by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 492 families in Rantau Panjang Kiri Hilir Village while the sample was 83 people. The results of this research are that village funds in Rantau Panjang Kiri village are focused on being used in the development and empowerment sector where the most frequent programs in the development sector are road construction and water channel construction. The effectiveness of village fund management in Rantau Panjang Kiri village is effective with a value of 99.40% in 2021 and quite effective in 2022 with a value of 97.16%.
