Analisis Yuridis Penyidikan terhadap Tindak Pidana Penggelapan Sepeda Motor yang Dilakukan Oleh Anak (Studi Kasus)

Control of others people’s property, either partially or wholly, is a crime because it has fulfilled the elements mentioned in the Criminal Code. Control of an item or known as embezzlement is one of the criminal offenses regulated in Book II of the Criminal Code. In this thesis entiteled “Juridical Analysis of Investigation into the Crime of Motorcycle Embezzlement Commited by Children (Case Study)” the problems discussed are : how to investigate the crime of motorcycle embezzlement and the obstacles in the investigation of the crime of motorcycle embezzlement. The method used in this research is sociological research, by conducting field research at Siak Hulu Police Station. The data used in this thesis is obtained through interviews, books, literature, articles, legal journals laws, and theses. This research is descriptive analytical in nature by providing a description or presentation of a reality in detail, detail and clarity related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the investigation is carried out in stages of making reports, conducting investigations, conducting case titles for the conduct of investigations, conducting inspection, arresting, detaining, searching, seizing, summoning, and completing and submitting case files. And the obstacles in the investigation are the absence of special investigation for children, limited time and children need time to answer.
