This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between the quality of work life on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantations. The population in the study was 190 factory employees at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantations. In this case, the research took a sample of 48 employees from the Process Operator section. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that the quality of work life variable has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantations employees.
