Geotourism is a branch of science that utilizes the potential of Natural Resources, rocks, geological structures. Geographically, the study area is located at coordinates 101°16'0"E - 0°23'0"S and 101°20'0"E - 0°28'0"s covered on the map of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Tourism potential in the area of Padang Island, Singingi District, Singingi Regency shows the beauty of the geomorphology of the hills and has very interesting geological elements discussed including variations in lithology , statigraphy, geological structure and morphology. Methods of Field survey, field mapping, geological analysis, and quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on geomorphological analysis obtained geomorphological units ramps, Hills Ramps and hills rather steep. Based on pertology analysis that has been analyzed obtained units of sandstone, limestone and siltstone. The research area consists of, geomorphological landscape zone (geomorphological landscape and forest), water playzone (River and Cliff) and water playzone (waterfall). Suggestions for the government to pay more attention to the potential of Geology and tourism in Riau, as well as guarding, development, pengeloan in an orderly manner. And able to improve the economy of the surrounding community, so that the people of Riau have a more decent economy and life.
