In the implementation of village government, village government administration activities are important to continue to be improved. Information systems are needed to save time, replace systems that are still manual, and tidy up documents so they can be administered well. This research aims to design an information system for village administration services between institutions and village government and residents, in order to improve the quality of services providing disability certificates, domicile certificates and business certificates for Bayas Jaya Village residents. The data collection process was carried out using literature study, observation and interview methods. In this research, the information system was created using a waterfall approach with stages starting from system design, system requirements analysis, system design, program coding, testing, development and maintenance. Based on the black box testing process that has been carried out, it is found that the data format entered must be in accordance with the format requested by the system. If it does not match then the system will automatically reject and provide feedback in the form of a message. If the format is appropriate, then the action carried out can run well as expected. It can be concluded that the existence of this village administration service information system can provide convenience, especially for residents and staff of Bayas Jaya Village in providing services for making certificates of incapacity, domicile certificates, business certificates and conducting online letter archive reports so that they are more effective and efficient.
