This research was motivated by the limited allocation of Village Fund (ADD) used for development. The Village Fund (ADD) was primarily allocated for village government operations, while many infrastructure developments remained inadequate, particularly the numerous damaged roads. The research problem addressed in this study was how to optimize development implementation through Village Fund (ADD) allocation in Lubuk Garam Village, Bengkalis Regency, from an Islamic economic perspective. The purpose of this research was to determine the extent of development optimization through Village Fund (ADD) allocation in Lubuk Garam Village, Bengkalis Regency, from an Islamic economic perspective. The subject of this research was the implementation of development in Lubuk Garam Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. Meanwhile, the object of this research was the optimization of development implementation through Village Fund (ADD) allocation in Lubuk Garam Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The informants in this research were village officials and community leaders in Lubuk Garam Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. This study was a field research project using qualitative methods. The sources used in this research consisted of primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques employed in this study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were pre-field analysis, in-field analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicated that the development in Lubuk Garam Village followed the proper procedures. However, from an Islamic economic perspective, development through Village Fund allocation was still not optimal, as only a small portion of the Village Fund was allocated for development.
