Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Grand Hotel Tembilahan
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Grand Hotel Tembilahan. The population in this study was all 90 employees working. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the total number of the research population. The samples in this research were employees from the A&G, Front Office, House Keeping, FB Service and FB Product departments, totaling 52 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this research show that reward has a significant positive effect and punishment has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Grand Hotel Tembilahan.
