This research discusses the Juridical Analysis of the Partnership Agreement System between Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) and Companies in Bukit Lipai Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. This partnership guarantees the guaranteed availability of basic materials in plantations, the creation of balanced and fair market prices, the creation of added value for farmers, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning "Plantation Partnerships are really needed by companies, farmers, workers, and residents around the plantation area so this needs to be done with mutual respect for each other, mutual strengthening and mutual benefit. From the background above, the problems studied are (1) How to Implement the Cooperation Agreement on Palm Oil Plantation Management between PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit with the Rahayu Makmur Village Unit Cooperative in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, and (2) What are the Forms of Default in the Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement on Palm Oil Plantation Management between PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit with the Rahayu Makmur Village Unit Cooperative in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is included in observational research (Non-Doctrial) or survey. As the title suggests, the location of this research is at PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit in Sei Limau Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. The population in this research is the leadership of PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit in this case is represented by the Manager of PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit, Chairman of the Rahayu Makmur Village Unit Cooperative, Members of the Rahayu Makmur Village Unit Cooperative who have plantations, in this case are farmers who have oil palm plantations. From this research it can be concluded that the implementation of the partnership cooperation agreement between PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit did not carry out the achievements as stipulated in the agreement, a form of default in this Cooperation agreement, namely the Rahayu Makmur Village Unit Cooperative carried out what it promised but did not do as promised, namely by selling part of the harvest of Fresh Fruit Bunches belonging to participating farmers to other factories and this is not in accordance with what is stipulated in the agreement. This achievement was not fulfilled in accordance with what was promised due to several reasons, including the sorting determination imposed by PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit is too high and not transparent in terms of determining the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches, and the price differences between PT. Mega Nusa Inti Sawit with other Palm Oil factories.
