Pengaruh Soft Skill dan Hard Skill terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Dania Indah Abadi Pekanbaru

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of soft skills and hard skills on employee performance at PT. Dania Indah Abadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 40 employees. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. In this case the researchers took a sample of 40 employees of PT. Dania Indah Abadi Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that simultaneously hard skills and soft skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
