Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Petani Kelapa Sawit terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Program Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau

This research was supervised by Dr. Ir. Ujang Paman Ismail, M. Agr and Dr. Ir. Marliati, M.Si. Agriculture, especially the plantation sub-sector, has an important role in the Indonesian economy. Palm oil is a plantation commodity that has a higher market potential than others. This research aims to analyze: 1) characteristics of farmers, KUD administrators, farming profiles, and KUD profiles in the PSR Program 2) Palm Oil Farming 3) Level of Farmer Satisfaction with Service Satisfaction of the People's Palm Oil Rejuvenation Program 4) Implications for Increasing Achievement of PSR program targets in the Regency Rokan Hiir, Riau Province. This research was conducted for six months starting from October 2023 to February 2024. The research method used was the survey method. The analyzed data is processed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. The selected sample was 75 people with satisfied random sampling. The results of research on the characteristics of oil palm farmers are that their productive age is 48 years, the farmers' formal education is still low, an average of 8 years (junior high school level), an average of 3 family dependents, and an average of 12 years of farming experience. Meanwhile, the farming profile collected was land area with an average of 3 ha with an area of 1-1.5 ha, varieties with DxP540 and Dxp PPKS 540 with a total of 14 ha, average land ownership of 2.2 ha, source of capital was own capital Rp. ,30,000,000, labor is labor outside the family amounting to 73.60 HOK and labor within the family amounting to 76.27 HOK. Farming business analysis includes farming costs, income production and farming efficiency. Total costs are IDR 21,223,863 Ha/Year, Production is 24,771 Tons/ha/year, Revenue (Gross Income) IDR 40,872,000 Ha/Year, Net Income is IDR 19,648,137 Ha/Year, and with an Efficiency of 1, 93. The analysis method uses IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). The research results show that the CSI value for the CSR Program in Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province is 3.89 (77.8%) with Satisfactory Criteria.
