The Effect of Mushroom Bokashi Baglog and Cabbage Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) This study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, from February to May 2024. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the interaction and individual main factors of mushroom bokashi baglog and cabbage waste liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of shallots. The design used in this study is a factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the dosage of mushroom bokashi baglog, which includes 4 levels: 0, 0.5, 1, and 1.5 kg/plot. The second factor is the concentration of cabbage waste liquid organic fertilizer, with 4 levels: 0, 100, 200, and 300 ml/L of water. Parameters observed include relative growth rate, plant height, number of bulbs per clump, fresh bulb weight per clump, bulb diameter, dry bulb weight per clump, dry biomass weight, pH measurement, and nutrient uptake. Data were analyzed statistically and further examined using the HSD test at a 5% significance level. The results show that the interaction between mushroom bokashi baglog and cabbage waste liquid organic fertilizer significantly affected the parameters of fresh bulb weight per clump and dry bulb weight per clump. The best treatment combination is a dosage of mushroom bokashi baglog at 1 kg/plot with no application of liquid organic fertilizer. The main effect of mushroom bokashi baglog dosage is at 1 kg/plot, while the main effect of cabbage waste liquid organic fertilizer concentration is without giving cabbage waste liquid organic.fertilizer.
