Implementasi Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rambah Hilir Tengah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2020

This study aims to describe the implementation of the direct cash assistance program (BLT) in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village, Rokan Regency Upstream and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Village Fund BLT in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village. Implementation assessment indicators used in this research are communication, resources, disposition, and organizational structure. This research is located in the village of Rambah Hilir Tengah, Rokan Hulu Regency, with a qualitative research type that produces descriptive data in the form of written data and oral data sourced from the people observed. There are 9 resource persons as informants of this research. Withdrawal of informants using the snowball, which is a sampling technique that is initially small in number, but gets bigger over time. Sources of data are primary data obtained directly in the field by conducting interviews and secondary data obtained from library studies. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. So that the data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and data inference. So, based on this analysis technique, the researcher considered that the implementation of village funds in the village of Rambah Hilir Tengah still lacked the data collection system and its implementation and of course caused by the obstacle factor in the form of lack of communication and information between the village government and the community.
