Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Dosen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau. The population in this study were all lecturers of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the Islamic University of Riau as many as 127 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling method, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely 65 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau.
