This study aims to determine Transparency and Accountability of Village Fund Financial Management in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Research is research using qualitative methods. Collection of data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, presenting and compiling data so as to produce conclusions. The results of this research are technically listed in Pemdagri Regulation No. 20 of 2018 Transparency in Sibuak Village is said to be quite transparent, because there are several aspects that do not meet related to the provision of information media and information boards, namely what activities are being carried out by the village government, in terms of allocating village funds. So that it can be easily accessed and seen by the public.
