Based on this study aims to determine the career development of employees at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all 37 employees, and the types of data sources used were primary and secondary. Analysis of the data used is an analysis with a descriptive method known variable PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch is in the categories strongly agree. PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch has carried out a career development process, one of which is by paying attention to educational background factors when entering work and employee training education that can improve their abilities so that it also has an impact on career development. While on the work experience factor, the work experience possessed by employees of PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru Branch is different so that this is because each employee has experience from different jobs that have been completed repeatedly in their career journey. The results of the responses of respondents who stated that they strongly agreed that career development provided by the company could be used as motivation for employees to work so as to produce better work results.
