Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Rumah Makan Pondok Patin HM Yunus Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Pondok Patin Restaurant HM Yunus Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive and quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling using the slovin formula, totaling 98 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided by Pondok Patin Restaurant HM Yunus Pekanbaru. The results of statistical tests show that product quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. So it can be concluded that the better the level of service quality, the better the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service provided by Pondok Patin Restaurant HM Yunus Pekanbaru.
