Efektivitas Aparatur Kecamatan dalam Pelayanan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of community services in Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Service Assessment indicators used include indicators of produstivity, quallity, efficiency, flexibility, satisfaction, exellence, and development. The research method located at the Tambusai Utara District office is descriptive qualitative, manely by describing the object or subject being studied according to what it is, andby explaining the variables studied. In this research, the technique of collecting data is by observing, interviewing, and documenting. Meanwhile, in the data analysis teqnique, the researcher used inductive thinking methode and then analyzed it qualitatively with supporting descriptions and explanations. After that, from the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn whice were the final results of the study entitled Effectiveness of District Apparatus Performance Against Community Services In Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The result of this study indicate thata the effestiveness of the sub-district apparatus in community service in the Tambusai Utara sub-district, Rokan Hulu district is less effective, due to the lack of quality and quantity of apparatus due to the low opportunity for the apparatus to participate in technical guidance. The management of letters of recommendation cannot be done online or remotely. People who have an interest must come to the office and bring the required documents.
