This study aims to determine the suitability of Transparency and Accountability of Village Financial Management in Lubuk Dalam Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. The location of this research was carried out in Lubuk Dalam Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency which was addressed at Jalan Pertamina Lubuk Dalam. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive qualitative by comparing the existing practice and theory, then a conclusion is drawn to be presented in the thesis. The results of this study in the Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, and Village Financial Accountability stages in Lubuk Dalam Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency are already accountable and in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. Lubuk Dalam Village has recorded every village income and expenditure. However, there are no information boards or websites that can make it easier for the community to obtain information about village activities. So, Lubuk Dalam Village has not fully implemented a transparency system and is not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, so there needs to be further improvement and guidance in order to realize good village governance in Lubuk Dalam Village, Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency.
