This study aims to determine how the description of Accountability and Transparency of Village Financial Management in Sungai Teritip Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research was conducted at the Sungai teritip Village Office, Kateman District, using descriptive qualitative methods. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Techniques used to obtain data related to accountability and transparency of village fund management are documentation and interview techniques. The results of this study are that the village of Sungai teritip can be said to be accountable because it has fulfilled the stages contained in Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 starting from planning, implementation, administration, and reporting, but there are several aspects that must be considered, especially at the accountability stage where the village head being late in submitting an accountability report on the realization of APBDes to the Regent/Mayor through the Camat for 3 months at the end of each fiscal year. Transparency Sungai Teritip Village is not yet transparent, marked by the limited information that can be accessed by the public.
