The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the risks in Rice Supply Chain Management in Pematang Sikek Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The object of this study was conducted at UD Harapan Tani using the Purposive Sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out with interviews and literature research. This study used primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in a descriptive form using the House Of Risk method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the marine fish supply chain at UD Harapan Tani is not optimal because there are still risks that are difficult to predict and low anticipation of risks that have an impact on supply chain performance. Such as weather factors that are difficult to predict and delays in the delivery of raw materials from suppliers to UD Harapan Tani due to technical problems with transportation equipment when traveling which results in discrepancies in the specified schedule.
