In this study found several problems which indicated that the arrival of refugees from abroad to the Pekanbaru City area continued to occur in quite large numbers, so that they had the opportunity to trigger social, security, political disturbances, even order in society, lack of supervision by Detention Center officers against refugees who roamed around Pekanbaru City. The key informants and informants for this research are the Head of the Administrative sub-section, the Head of the security and order section, CH Supervisors, refugees of foreign nationals. Then the type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method in which qualitative research seeks to build meaning about a phenomenon based on the views of the participants and uses observation, interviews and documentation as data collection tools. The type of data collection consists of primary data, secondary data. Immigration Supervision of the Pekanbaru Immigration Detention Center for refugees in the Pekanbaru City area, in the results of interviews and observations, it was concluded that the supervision of the Pekanbaru Detention Center for refugees has not been carried out properly because there are still several obstacles in the supervision of refugees. Suggestions for supervising refugees in Pekanbaru City are that a significant approach is needed to the central government so that the central government can know and understand and know the problems of refugees, and take action to evaluate any deficiencies and obstacles.
