Ricky Purwanto - Personal Name; Roni Sahindra - Personal Name;

The implementation of serving and supervising every action in immigration is carried out in accordance with the principle of selective (selective policy). As with the selective principle, only foreigners can provide benefits to the welfare of the Indonesian nation and State and do not provide or pose a danger to a sense of security and order and are not hostile to Indonesian citizens who are granted permission to be in Indonesian territory. Basically the presence of foreigners in Indonesia can be said to have a positive and negative influence. On the positive side, Indonesia can benefit from the entry of foreigners. However, from a negative point of view, it can pose a threat of violations and crimes. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to carry out supervision of the Bengkalis Class II Immigration Office against foreign nationals based on Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration and what are the obstacles of the Bengkalis Class II Immigration Office in carrying out supervision of foreign nationals based on Law Number 6 of 2011 About Immigration. The method of this research is observational research or survey method, while the nature is descriptive, that is, it provides a systematic description of “Implementation of Supervision of Foreign Citizens in Indonesia Based on Law Number 6 Year 2011 concerning Immigration. Implementation of Supervision of the Bengkalis Class II Immigration Office against Foreign Citizens Based on Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration is related to the presence and activities of foreigners while in Indonesia, however, this supervision has not run optimally because there are still foreign nationals who commit violations. to stay in the Bengkalis Regency area by using invalid data or information that is not true to his identity which results in the foreign citizen being placed on the banned list. Obstacles of the Bengkalis Class II Immigration Office in Supervising Foreign Citizens Based on Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration is the lack of human resources to carry out surveillance because it is not comparable to the high crossing of foreigners entering, the lack of availability of modern facilities and infrastructure to detect the existence of foreign nationals, and the lack of cooperation between agencies related to immigration so that foreign nationals can have an identity as Indonesian citizens.
