This research is entitled “ Management of Sanggar Mahligai Siak, Siak District , Siak Sri Indrapura District Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to explain how the management at Sanggar Mahligai Siak. In this study, the theory used is the theory of G.R. Terry on management and usability. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using qualitative data, namely research conducted by approaching the object under study to obtain accurate data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data using steps such as data reduction, data presentasion, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that Sanggar Mahligai Siak has performed its management function quite well. It can be seen from the planning that Sanggar Mahligai Siak has a plan in determining the training schedule, planning in finding studio members, planning training methods, planning for participating in various events and competions, and financial planning. In its organization, management /member of the studio structure has their own duties and responsibilities. The implementation stage is that the supervisor carries out directions then the chairman carries out each division here, the responsibility of the general chairman is very high for the coaches and trainers. And finally, the supervision in the Sanggar Mahligai Siak studio is carried out directly and indirectly.
