Kajian Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Infrastruktur Transportasi di Kawasan Perkotaan Tembilahan

One approach to determine the level of community satisfaction in the aspect of infrastructure provision is through IKLI calculations. Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI) is a measure used to determine the level of community satisfaction with infrastructure development by the Central Government and Regional Government, which in this case is the Tembilahan Urban Area Government. The aim of this study is to objectively determine the public's perception of transportation infrastructure services that are directly felt by the community, which leads to the level of satisfaction of users of transportation infrastructure in the Tembilahan Urban Area. This study uses a qualitative inductive approach that focuses on people's perceptions of the performance of a service based on assessment indicators that have been determined by the population of people in the Tembilahan Urban Area with a sample of 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique in this research is mix methods analysis. The analytical method used to calculate IKLI in this study focuses on the types of road infrastructure, bridges, terminals, and ports using a Likert Scale Measurement, interpretation of the results of the analysis refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The results obtained from this study are 1) Identification of road infrastructure conditions that are still damaged, bridge infrastructure conditions are in good condition, terminal infrastructure conditions are not functioning optimally, port infrastructure conditions are in poor condition. 2) The results of the road IKLI calculation are 70.98 (poor category). The result of the bridge IKLI calculation is 87.44 (good category). The terminal IKLI calculation result is 32.95 (not good category). The port IKLI calculation result is 72.69 (poor category).
