Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pada Pelayanan Anak Di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
Minimum Service Standards (MSS) is a government program that covers the quality of basic services that must be carried out by every region in Indonesia in order to fulfill the right for all people to live healthy and get health services. This study aims to determine the implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Health Sector for Children at Sidomulyo Health Center and to find out the obstacles that occur in the implementation of Minimum Service Standards for children at Sidomulyo Health Center. service assessment indicators used include Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical / Tangible Evidence. The research method located at the Sidomulyo Health Center is a Qualitative Method, which is an investigative approach by meeting face-to-face and interacting with people at the research site. There are 2 groups of sources in this study, namely Key informants who are the Head of the Sidomulyo Health Center, Informants who are the Person in Charge of the Children's Poly at the Sidomulyo Health Center and the Community as patients who receive services at the Sidomulyo Health Center. The informant measurement technique uses purposive sampling. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the Implementation of Minimum Service Standards for Children at Sidomulyo Health Center in reliability, assurance, empathy, is going well because in the researcher's interview to the community as a patient did not find any complaints. But in the indicators of readiness and physical / real evidence there are still complaints from patients and health workers at Sidomulyo Health Center. Recommendations that need to be considered are mainly on alertness in responding to patients and increasing community comfort by adding a waiting area because patients in this case are mostly children.
