Pengaruh Lindi Tanpa Penyaringan yang Difermentasi Terhadap Kelimpahan Chlorella Sp.
This study aims to determine the effect of leachate without fermented screening of the abundance of Chlorella sp. which method used is the experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments 3 replications, i.e. administration of leachate dose P1 (5%), P2 (10%), P3 (15%), P4 (20%) and P5 (25%). The research results show the abundance of Chlorella sp. the highest was obtained at P2 with a dose of 10% as much 3,077,778 cells/mL, with a peak on day 6. The lowest abundance is at P5, namely as many as 2,016,667 cells/mL, with the 8th peak day. Growth rate the highest specific at P2 (10%) of 0.197/day and the lowest at P5 (25%) of 0.144/day. The highest biomass is at P2 (10%) as much as 0.28 g/L and lowest at P5 (25%), namely 0.15 g/L. The water quality was obtained at temperatures ranging from 27-29 pH 6.75-8.45, DO 4.2-4.8, nitrate content ranges from 0.0854-4.4708 mg/L, phosphate 0.0819-0.6527 mg/L, BOD 0.204-2.856 mg/L, COD 83.63-138.00 mg/L, iron 0.045- 0.218 mg/L and zinc 0.025-0.077 mg/L.
