Oil palm is one of the plantation commodities that gives the highest contribution to farmers' income and employment. Riau Province has the largest oil palm plantation in Indonesia. This study aims to: 1). Analyzing the Palm Oil Replanting Partnership Pattern System at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Pekanbaru Riau; 2). Analyze the Cost Structure of Oil Palm Replanting with the Partnership Pattern at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Pekanbaru Riau. This research was conducted at the Office of the Directors of PT. Nusantara V Plantation, Kec. Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City, using secondary data on replanting of 973.50 hectares of oil palm land in the PTPN V Sei Galuh plantation, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022. The method used in this research was the library research method. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the partnership pattern of PTPN V which carries out plasma oil palm replanting activities uses the PIR (People's Nucleus Plantation) partnership pattern with the Single Management system. Cost structure of palm oil replanting with the fixed cost was 5,025,274,592 with a percentage of the total cost of 7.32%. Variable cost was Rp. 63,597,104,896 with a percentage of 92.02%.
