Belimbing (Averchoa carambola) is widely found in the tropics and is very popular in the community. Star fruit also has some nutritional content so that it can provide benefits for those who consume it. One of the starfruit producing areas in Siak Regency is Minas District. Starfruit plant production is still relatively low, the use of inputs for star fruit farming production which is not optimal is a problem in the area. This study aims to analyze 1) the characteristics and profile of sweet starfruit farming. 2) sweet star fruit cultivation techniques. 3) factors of production, costs, production, revenue, income and efficiency of star fruit farming. 4) the influence of production factors on star fruit production in Minas District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted for 6 months using a survey method using a sample of 35 sweet star fruit farmers. The data used are primary and secondary data consisting of quantitative and qualitative descriptive data. The results obtained from this study are the characteristics of farmers with an average age of 42 years with an average education of 12 years. experience in farming for 14 years from the average number of samples studied with an average family of 5 people. Plant cultivation techniques carried out by star fruit farmers in Minas District need improvement in fertilization and pest control activities. The average land area is 2670 m2. The cost of producing starfruit plants in a year is Rp. 92,791,491, - per arable area. The production that can be produced is 24,671 kg from an average sample area of 2,670 m2. with income in a year of Rp. 202,844,286, - and an average income of Rp. 110,052,795, -. The average R/C Ratio (RCR) is 2.19. The results of the regression analysis can be concluded that all independent variables simultaneously and jointly affect the dependent variable significantly. NPK fertilizers, pesticides, and KCl fertilizers have a real/significant effect on starfruit plant production in Minas District, Siak Regency, Riau Province.
