Sistem Informasi Perhitungan Status Gizi dengan Metode Z-Score (Studi Kasus : Puskesmas Langsat)

This study aims to develop a nutritional status calculation information system using the z-score method, with a case study conducted at Langsat Health Center. The validation process was performed through black-box testing and user testing, while the software development followed the waterfall method. The nutritional status calculation information system provides accurate and up-to- date information in the field of nutrition at Langsat Health Center. Moreover, the system offers flexible accessibility anytime and anywhere, as long as there is an internet connection, thereby enhancing efficiency and flexibility. To demonstrate system efficiency, the developed system was tested and evaluated using a questionnaire at Langsat Health Center, and the data was processed using the likert method. The processing results showed an index of 85%, indicating a high level of agreement regarding the system's implementation at Langsat Health Center. This study contributes to the development of an information system that aids in the calculation and management of nutritional status at Langsat Health Center. It is expected that this system can improve the effectiveness of nutritional status monitoring and provide significant benefits to the community served by Langsat Health Center.
