The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University Riau Islam, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution KM 11 No.113, Air cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from January to July 2022. This study aims to determine the response interaction and main of coconut coir ash and NPK Fertilizer 12:12:17:2+TE against growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) on peat media in Main-nursery nursery. This study used a completely randomized design (RAL) with 2 factors. The first factor is coconut coir ash (factor A) consisting from 4 levels namely 0 g/plant, 40 g/plant, 80 g/plant, 120 g/plant and The second factor is the dose of NPK 12:12:17:2+TE (N factor) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0 g/plant, 30 g/plant, 60 g/plant, 90 g/plant so there are 16 treatment combination with 3 replications. The observed parameters are high plant, number of leaves, longest leaf midrib, diameter of stump, root volume, longest root length and peat soil pH. Data were analyzed statistically and continued (BNJ) at 5%. The best treatment combination research results are available at a dose of coconut coir ash 120 g/plant and NPK 12:12:17:2+TE 60 g/plant gave a real response to the diameter of the weevil produces 6.96 cm and the longest root length produces 118 cm. The main response of Coconut Coir Ash is real to all parameters observed best treatment A3 120 g/plant. The main response of NPK fertilizer 12:12:17:2+TE significant for all parameters observed the best treatment of N2 60 g/plant.
