Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Petani Padi Sawah terhadap Pelayanan Penyuluh Pertanian di Desa Tuah Indrapura Kecamatan Bungaraya Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau

Tuah Indrapura Village is one of the rice production centers in Bungaraya sub-district and its agricultural extension activities are actively carried out. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of farmers, find out how the level of satisfaction of farmers with extension services and strategies to improve extension services. This study used a survey method which was conducted starting from September 2021-November 2021. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Sampling was carried out purposively by 30 farmers. The results showed 1). Farmers in the village of Tuah Indrapura were generally male (100%). Classified as productive age with an average age of 36.50 years. The level of education is still relatively low, namely SD with a percentage of 43.33%. 2). Consumer satisfaction is explained based on the Performance Analysis Index, which means that customer satisfaction with service is good and must be maintained, based on the Customer Satisfaction Index. farmer satisfaction is included in the Satisfaction criteria. 3). Service Improvement Strategy, based on indicators: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have all improved and increased so that extension agents and farmers only need to carry out defenses to be able to further improve the performance of each object.
