Pengaruh Bokashi Rumen Sapi Dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Kelimpahan Chlorella Sp.
This research was carried out for 16 days in October 2021 at the Microalgae and Fish Nutrition Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of giving bovine rum bokashi with different doses on the abundance of Chlorella sp. The method used was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely administration of bovine rumen bokashi with doses P1 (2 g/L), P2 (2,5 g/L), P3 (3 g/L). ), P4 (3,5 g/L) and P5 (4 g/L). The results showed that the abundance of Chlorella sp. the highest was obtained at P1 with a dose of 2 g/L of 3.361.111 cells/mL, with a peak on day 12. The lowest abundance was at P5 at a dose of 4 g/L of 1.116.667 cells/mL, with a peak on the 12th day, the highest specific growth rate at P1 (2 g/L) of 0,100/day and the lowest at P4 (3,5 g/ L) of 0,083/day. The highest biomass was in P1 (2 g/L) of 0,34 g/L and the lowest in P5 (4 g/L) of 0,11 g/L. Water quality such as temperature ranged from 27-29oC, pH 7,73-8,39, nitrate content ranged from 0,4083-8,3250 mg/L, phosphate 9,3916-13,9270 mg/L, iron and manganese < 0,20mg/L.
