Method study that is survey method , place in Minas District , time study from month March until month October year 2022. Determination respondent in study this census . Descriptive data analysis qualitative and quantitative . Results study characteristics covering farmers _ age 42.20 years ( productive ), length of education farmer 10.66 years ( equivalent to high school), experience farmed an average of 13.91 years , total dependents family of 4 people. Age trader 51,88 years ( productive ), length of education 10.63 ( high school equivalent ), experience trying 18.75 years and Amount dependents family traders 4 people. Technique Cultivation in the Minas District in part has follow farming . Use factor production large land farming star fruit average 2,679 M², ownership status land owned by alone and source of capital capital alone farmer , usage fertilizer KCl 159.44 kg / arable / third month , Phonska 179.33 kg / arable / third months , cage 585.48 kg / arable / third month and NPK fertilizer 332.68 kg / arable / third month . There are 2 institutions marketing that is trader collectors and trader retailer, forming 2 channels marketing , that is from farmer -> trader collectors -> retailers -> consumers , and from farmer -> retailer -> consumer . Then function marketing there is function exchange , physical , facility and function transport . Total Cost marketing on channels I and II of IDR 9,629. Total Marketing Margin on channels I and II of IDR 18,900. Profit Marketing on channels I and II of IDR 6,622. Efficiency marketing show that channel I ( Ep = 1.38 %) more efficient compared channel II ( Ep = 2.55%). And farmer's share 57%.
