Limbah Plastik,Tapioca dan Serat Kelapa jumlah nya sangat besar di Indonesia jika jumlah plastic dan serat kelapa terus meningkat dikhawatirkan akan memberikan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan, untuk itu perlu ada cara untuk menggunakan kembali limbah plastic dan serat kelapa ,alternative yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengubah ketiga bahan tersebut menjadi papan partikel, Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kualitas dari papan komposit dalam hal ini sifat fisis dan mekanik (Kerapatan,Pengembangan,Modulus elastisitas(MOE),dan modulus patah (MOR) .Dari serat kelapa,tapioca,dan perekat plastic daur ulang (PP). Dengan perbedaan Komposisi : 60% Serat Kelapa +5% Tapioca + 35% Resin Polypropylene, 70% serat Kelapa +5% tapioca + 25% Resin Polypropylene, 80% Serat Kelapa +5% tapioca + 15% Resin Polypropylene.dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai uji kerapatan sebesar 0,43 gr/cm³, 0,37 gr/cm³, 0,34 gr/cm³, Pengembangan tebal sebesar 4%, 4,5%, dan 15%, modulus elastisitas 0,737( /cm²), modulus patah sebesar 93,164 kg/cm², 195,544 kg/cm², 62,4138 kg/cm²,dari semua hasil pengujian hanya modulus patah yang memenuhi standard SNI 03-2105-2006 kgf/cm²), 0,0455 ( kgf/cm²), 0,1053(
