The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru, for 5 months starting from January to May 2022. The aim of this study was to determine the main interaction and influence of Bokashi tofu dregs and organic NPK on the growth and production of white eggplant on PMK soil. . This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor was Bokashi tofu dregs with 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 125, 250 and 375 g/plant. The second factor dose of organic NPK consisted of 4 treatment levels 0, 7.5, 15, and 22.5 g/plant. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, harvest age, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter and number of fruit residues per plant. Observational data were analyzed statistically and carried out with the Advanced Test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of giving Bokashi tofu dregs and organic NPK gave a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment was given Bokashi tofu dregs 373 g/plant and organic NPK 22.5 g/plant. Mainly giving Bokashi tofu dregs gave a significant effect on all observation parameters, the best treatment was at a dose of 373g/plant. Mainly, the administration of organic NPK had a significant effect on all observation parameters. the best treatment at a dose of 22.5 g/plant.
