The research was carried out for 3 days starting in December 2021 at the UPR owned by Zeky Wahyuwono, Jalan Seroja Kulim No. 50 RT/RW 002/012, Pebatuan Village, Kulim District, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the effect of 'The Effect of Different Concentrations of Prenjak Tea (C. sinensis) on Adhesion and Hatchability of Catfish Eggs (P. hypothalamus)''. The method used is an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely: (P0) control without giving tea extract, (P1) giving tea extract 1 g/liter of water, (P2) giving tea extract 2 g /liter of water (P3) giving tea extract 3 g/liter of water and (P4) giving tea extract 4 g/liter of water. The test fish used was Siamese catfish. Siamese catfish were obtained from the spawning of the People's Breeding Unit (UPR) in Tenayan Raya. The containers used are 15 liter 10 liter jars. The results obtained, the highest survival rate in treatment P1 (92.00%) with a dose of tea extract 1 g/liter of water followed by hatchability in treatment P4 with the highest (92.38%) dose of tea extract 1 g/liter of water, and The adhesive power of Siamese catfish eggs at a dose of 4 g/liter of water in P4 treatment and water quality parameters in this study was quite good for the test fish. The results of water quality measurements in this study were temperature 27-340C, pH 6.4-7.6 Oxygen 3.5 ppm.
