Kesejahteraan Subjektif pada Guru Honorer di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Karimun
Subjective well-being is a person's assessment of their life related to a person's cognitive and affective aspects of their life. The purpose of this study is to look at the subjective welfare of honorary teachers at public vocational high school (SMK) 2 Karimun, with the initial research conducted there were complaints from honorary teachers such as a lot of administrative problems in teaching, small salaries, long contract renewal processes and Too many hours of teaching due to lack of teachers. Thus, at SMK Negeri 2 Karimun, the subjective welfare of honorary teachers is still low. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation collected and rewritten in presentation sheets. The sampling technique is by means of purposive sampling. Based on research conducted on 2 informants, this research has fulfilled aspects of subjective well-being, namely cognitive and affective aspects. Informants dissatisfaction with the salary found.
