Pelayanan Administrasi Non Perizinan di Kantor Camat Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to analyze non-licensing administrative services at the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Scales indicators used include Empathy, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative research. The data of this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources in accordance with the data collection techniques used in this study were Questionnaires, Interviews, and Documentation. This analysis is a descriptive technique that provides information about the data held. The data obtained came from the results of interviews and answers to questionnaires or questionnaires. Based on the research conducted on Non-Licensing Administration Services at the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it was classified as good. Although it is classified as good, there are several things that need to be considered and improved that the Sentajo Raya Camat Office must do in providing optimal services, such as there are still some facilities that are deemed insufficient. From the side of the computer equipment is quite often damaged. The employees of the Sentajo Raya sub-district office tend not to be friendly to the community, especially people they don't know. This is of course a negative view of the Sentajo Raya sub-district office employees and makes the Sentajo Raya sub-district office employees unfriendly, arrogant and selective towards the people who carry out the management.
