Analisis Pelayanan Pembuatan Sertifikat Tanah pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to identify and identify the efforts made by the National Land Agency of Kampar Regency in the service of making land certificates. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive survey. The research population came from employees at the National Land Agency of Kampar Regency and the community receiving services for making land certificates at the National Land Agency of Kampar Regency in 2021 in Bangkinang Kota District. Sampling using saturated sampling technique and non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling with a total of 35 people from the total population. Data collection is done by carrying out observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were collected and grouped according to the type of data. Then analyzed based on the explanation and description based on the percentage table. The results of this study found that the analysis of the service for making land certificates at the National Land Agency of Kampar Regency as a whole was in the fairly good category. These results clearly illustrate that the National Land Agency of Kampar Regency has carried out the procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure and the competence of all officers has been carried out quite well. The conclusion is said to be quite good because there are several obstacles that are still obstacles to achieving the expected land certificate making services, namely in the form of a lack of public knowledge about the procedures and completeness of files in managing land certificates and the distance between land areas to be measured is quite far, and also at the time of measurement. the land owner does not bring a border witness which is a requirement when the officer measures his land.
