This study aims to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of cassava peel compost and organic NPK on the growth and production of white eggplant on peat soil. The research was conducted at the Riau Islamic University experimental garden, Pekanbaru, for 5 months from November 2021 to March 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor was the dose of cassava peel compost with 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 50, 100 and 150 g/polybag. The second factor was the dose of organic NPK consisting of 4 treatment levels 0, 15, 30 and 45 g/plant. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, harvesting age, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit and number of fruit residue per plant. Observational data were analyzed statistically and carried out by Follow-Up Test for Honest Significant Differences (BNJ) at the 5% level. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the interaction of cassava peel compost and organic NPK had a significant effect on the parameters of the number of fruit planted, the weight of the fruit planted, the weight of fruit per fruit and the amount of fruit left over. The best treatment is cassava peel compost with a dose of 150 g/polybag and 45 g/plant of organic NPK fertilizer. The main effect of cassava peel compost was significant on all observation parameters, the best treatment was 150 g/polybag cassava peel compost. The main effect of organic NPK fertilizer was significant on all observation parameters except for the parameter of flowering age, the best treatment was organic NPK fertilizer at a dose of 45 g/plant.
