Evaluation of the Gender Mainstreaming Program for the Women's Empowerment Service for the City of Pekanbaru in 2018-2022. This research discusses the evaluation of the gender mainstreaming program for the Women's Empowerment Service for the City of Pekanbaru for the year 2018-2022 which is currently very lame in Indonesia. This is inseparable from the problem of gender disparities that occur in the community as well as in the community as beneficiaries or program targets, one of the causes is the weak understanding of the concept of gender, accompanied by a wrong understanding of the concept of gender, accompanied by the presence of expressions. the concern of fellow human beings over the occurrence of injustice in various matters relating to women. The research objective in this study is to find out the executors of the Pekanbaru city regional action plan for 2018-2022. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis with data collection techniques through cross-sectional studies and the book in this study uses evaluation theory according to Anderson in Nugroho (2012: 159) with indicators of input, process, output, and outcomes. The results of this study indicate the need for an evaluation carried out by the government, the deficiencies that occur, one of which is the lack of supporting resources, there also needs to be repaired, namely it is expected that the Pekanbaru city government can prepare supporting resources so that the program remains on target.
