PENGARUH CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK. CABANG PEKANBARU ABSTRAK SISKA PUTRI 167210343 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) pelaksanaan Customer Relationship Management pada Bank BNI Cabang Pekanbaru, 2) mengetahui loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BNI Cabang Pekanbaru, dan 3) mengetahui hubungan antara Customer Relationship Management dengan Loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BNI Cabang Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T dan koefisien determinasi dan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan spss v.25. Hasil analisis data diketahui Customer Relationship Management secara parsial berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa Customer Relationship Management terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah berpengaruh sebesar 0,625 atau sebesar 63 % dan masuk pada kategori kuat.
