This research aims to determine the effect of the main interaction and treatment of tofu dregs bokashi and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and production of white eggplant. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jln. Kaharuddin Nasution KM 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The study was conducted for 4 months, starting from September to December 2021. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 2 factors, the first factor was: Provision of tofu dregs bokashi (A) which consisted of 4 levels, namely 0.125 , 250 and 375 g/plant, and the second factor NPK 16:16:16 (N) which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 5, 10 and 15 g per plant, so there are 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications, so there are 48 trial unit. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants, and 2 of them were used as sample plants, resulting in a total of 192 plants. The interaction of Bokashi tofu dregs and NPK 16:16:16 was significant for plant height, flowering age, harvesting age, fruit weight per plant and number of fruits per plant. The best treatment was bokashi tofu dregs 375 g/plant and NPK 16:16:16 15 g/plant. The main effect of tofu dregs bokashi was real on all observation parameters. The best treatment was tofu dregs bokashi 375 g/plant. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 is significant for all observed parameters. The best treatment is NPK 16:16:16 15 g/plant.
