The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effect of giving POC chicken egg shells and various growing media on the growth of cherry tomato plant yields. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Natution Km 11, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. FROM May to July 2021. This study used a Divided Plot Design in the form of a completely randomized design consisting of main plots namely eggshell POC concentration (P) and subplots namely growing media (M). The concentration of eggshell POC consisted of 4 levels, namely 200, 400, 600, 800 cc/70 l of water and the subplot growing media consisted of 4 levels, namely rockwool, hydroton, biochar, rice husk charcoal. The parameters observed were as follows: plant height, relative growth rate, wet assimilation rate, flowering age, harvest age, number of fruit planted, weight of fruit planted, and weight of roots. The data were analyzed statistically and continued with the Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between chicken eggshell POC and various growing media had a significant effect on the parameters: plant height, flowering age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, root weight, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate. The best combination of 800 ml chicken egg shell POC with 70 liters of water and rice husk charcoal media. The main effect of POC on chicken eggshell was real on all parameters, the best treatment was 800 ml with 70 liters of water, the main effect of various growing media was real on all parameters, the best treatment was rice husk charcoal.
