This study was conducted to determine the Implementation Of The Village Nursery Program In The Context Of Land Rehabilitation By The Management Center For Watersheds And Protected Forest Of Indragiri Rokan. The research was conducted with indicators of implemented policies, target groups, implementing elements, and environmental factors. The measurement technique of this study uses a likert scale, whic is to provide a score for each category. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were the section head, members of forest and land rehabilitation, community farmer groups in the village unit totaling 15 people. The sampling technique for the section head and members of forest and land rehabilitation uses a saturated sampling technique which is carried out on a relatively small and easily accesible population, while the farmer group community uses a purposive sampling technique used to take a relatively large number of community samples. The types and sources of data used are primary data originating from sources or informants through interviews, observation, and documentation from the forest and land rehabilitation section and farmer groups in village units, while secondary data is obtained from theories, documentation, books, as well as permits and general description of land nursery. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation. Based on the results of research regarding the implementation of the village nursery program in the context of land rehabilitation by BPDASHL Indragiri Rokan, it is in the fairly implemented category, due to the frequent use of seeds that do not match the planting target, as a result, the olanting incentive costs cannot be issued by BPDASHL to farming communities.
