This study aims to determine the interaction and main effect of rice husk biochar and organic NPK on the growth and production of okra plants. The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, for four months from May to August 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Factorial Design which consisted of 2 factors, namely the rice husk biochar factor consisting of 4 levels namely 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 kg/plot and the organic NPK factor consisted of 4 levels, namely 0, 10, 20, 30 g/plant. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, harvesting age, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter, number of fruit left. The data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results of this study indicated that in interaction the combination of rice husk biochar and organic NPK had a significant effect on the number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter, and the number of fruit residue. The best treatment was found in a combination of rice husk biochar at a dose of 1.5 kg/plot and organic NPK at a dose of 30 g/plant. The main effect of rice husk biochar was significant on all observation parameters, the best treatment was at a dose of 1.5 kg/plot. The main effect of real organic NPK on all observation parameters, the best treatment at a dose of 30 g/plant.
