Efektivitas Pelayanan Klaim Asuransi Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Bagi Korban Meninggal Dunia pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Riau
The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of Traffic Accident Insurance Claim Services at PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Riau Branch. The indicators of this study were program understanding, right on target, on time, achievement of goals and real change. This type of research is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the Questionnaire List as a data collection tool and the collected data is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location studied. The population and sample used in this study are the Head of the Sub Division of Service and Society or Heirs. The sampling techniques was used Saturated Sampling Techniques for the Head of Service Subdivision and Purposive Sampling Techniques for the Community or Heirs. The types and techniques of data collection was used consist of primary data using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Conclusion This study has several things that need to be considered, namely that not all people know about the presence of Jasa Raharja, there are still people who do not know that if they have an accident they can take care of Road Traffic Accident Insurance Claim Services. Therefore, the need for PT. Jasa Raharja to improve socialization in the community. The data measurement technique used is to use the Likert Scale. Based on this Data Measurement Technique, researchers assess and conclude that the Effectiveness of Traffic Accident Insurance Claim Services at PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Riau Branch is at an assessment interval of 66% in the "Quite Effective" category. Keywords :
