Working couples are two individuals who are partners in family and work who are able to maintain and foster the family. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between family sosial support and burnout in working couples. The population in this study was Elementary School Teachers (SD) Bukit Batu District with a total of 249 teachers, and the sample size was 150 teachers selected using probability sampling method. Data collection in this study used two scales namely burnout scale and sosial support scale. The data analysis used in this study is a one - Sample Kolmogrov Smirncv Test with product moment correlations correlation analysis.
