Respon Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Seledri (Apium Graveolens L.) dengan Perlakuan Pupuk Eco Farming pada Beberapa Kombinasi Tanah Gambut dan PMK
The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City. This research was carried out for 4 months from August 2022 - November 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the Growth Response and Yield of Celery (Apium graveolens L.) with Eco Farming Fertilizer Treatment on Several Combinations of Peat Soil and FMD. The design used in this study was a completely randomized factorial design, which consisted of 2 factors. The first factor is eco farming fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely without treatment, 5, 10, and 15 ml/liter of water, the second factor is the combination of peat soil and PMK consisting of 5 levels, namely peat soil, PMK soil, 1:1, 2 :1, and 1:2. Parameters observed were plant height, number of tillers, number of leaf sheaths, plant fresh weight, root length and root volume. Observational data were analyzed statistically and the Honest Significant Difference Follow-up Test was carried out at the 5% level. The results showed that the response of eco farming and the combination of peat soil and PMK significantly affected the parameters of plant height, number of tillers, number of leaf midribs, plant wet weight, root length and root volume. The main effect of eco farming has a significant effect on all parameters where the best dose of eco farming (E2) is 10 ml/liter of water. The main response of the combination of peat soil and PMK has a significant effect on all parameters with the best treatment (K1) on peat soil.
