Human resources are the most important resource in an organization The role of human resources in an organization is very important because it is the main supporter of any activity or activities to achieve goals and generate profits and maintain the continuity of the organization, the purpose of research is to analyze occupational safety and health on employee performance at J&T Express Bangkinang. To determine the effect of these variables, a safety indicator (X1) is used which consists of securing work equipment and machine use. while the variables used are occupational health (X2) consisting of employee protection, work environment, employee conditions and work quality. And the variable used is employee performance (Y), which consists of indicators of quantity and timeliness. This research method uses a quantitative approach using descriptive. Processing using data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, t test (partial), coefficient of determination test (r) and simple linear regression using the SPSS application.25. based on the tests carried out, it was obtained that the results of the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance at J&T Bangkinang, 16.7% and the rest were influenced by factors not observed in this purchase.
